Micah Pauley

Area Director, South

Micah has over 20 years of proven success in the telecommunications cabling industry, having focused on data center implementation for the last decade. Prior to joining NTI, he managed hyperscale data center projects and served in a business development role and in each role was responsible for massive growth in the Atlanta market.

He joined NTI in 2019 and has held positions as Hyperscale Estimator and Estimating Manager taking responsibility for the creation and implementation of the processes for estimating large data center projects. Based upon his success in these roles, and his depth of knowledge in the data center industry, he was promoted to Area Director for NTI’s south region in 2023.

Throughout his career Micah has performed design-build services for data center clients and holds RCDD and DCDC certifications.
